Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.wishbonebc.com. They are not the terms of any construction contract — those are set out separately in the signed agreement for your project.

Use of this website

You may browse this website and use the enquiry form for genuine enquiries about our services. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or automated enquiries, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Information on this site

We take care to keep the information here accurate, but the content is general in nature. Project descriptions, timescales, specifications and figures are indicative and do not form an offer, a quotation or a contract.

Any cost or programme we publish is illustrative. A binding price and programme are only ever given in a written quotation issued for a specific project.

Quotations and contracts

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us. Works are carried out only under a signed contract that sets out the scope, price, programme, payment terms, warranties and defects-liability period for your project. Where these terms conflict with a signed construction contract, the construction contract prevails.

Approvals and third parties

Where we obtain permits, NOCs and approvals, we act on behalf of the client but cannot control the timescales or decisions of Dubai Municipality, utility providers, master developers or other authorities.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, drawings, the Wishbone name, the Arabic company name and the logo — belongs to Wishbone Building Contracting & Technical Services L.L.C. or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
