Our Dubai Municipality classification covers G+1 construction, and it is the category we execute most often — private villas, twin villas, staff accommodation and small mixed-use buildings.
A G+1 build is deceptively demanding: the structural, drainage and fire requirements are the same as a larger building, but the margin for error on a compact plot is far smaller. We plan the sequence tightly so neighbouring properties, site access and material storage never become the reason a programme slips.
