Our engineers coordinate the architectural, structural, MEP and interior packages so you are never left mediating between separate suppliers. Every villa is executed to Dubai Municipality standards and handed over with a full set of as-built drawings, warranties and O&M documentation.

Structure
Excavation, foundations, columns, slabs and blockwork executed under continuous QA/QC inspection.
MEP and finishes
Electromechanical first fix, plastering, tiling, joinery, painting and façade works.
Handover
Snagging, testing and commissioning, completion certificate and a documented defects-liability period.

A typical G+1 private villa runs 12–16 months on site once permits are in hand. Design and authority approvals usually add two to four months before that. We issue a baseline programme with your contract and report progress against it every month.
