We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and deliver any works you subsequently instruct.

What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing messages to people who have only submitted an enquiry, unless they have asked to hear from us.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Project records are retained for as long as required by UAE law and by the terms of the relevant contract, including the defects-liability period.

Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as identity papers through the website form — we will arrange a secure channel instead.
