A pool is the part of a villa that gets judged hardest. Water shows every millimetre that is out of level, and a shell that was not waterproofed properly announces itself two summers later. We build pools in reinforced concrete, waterproof them as a system rather than a coat of paint, and commission the plant before we hand the keys over.
Most of our pools go in as part of a villa contract, which is the cheapest way to do it — the excavation, drainage and power are already on site. We also retrofit pools into finished gardens, where the work is really about protecting what is already there: access routes, existing services and the landscaping you do not want dug up.
Scope of Work
- Pool design and structural engineering, with Dubai Municipality submissions
- Excavation, reinforced concrete shell and full waterproofing system
- Finishes: glass mosaic, ceramic tile or plaster, with stone coping and decking
- Filtration, circulation, heating and chilling plant, and the plant room
- Underwater LED lighting, water features, infinity edges and sun shelves
- Jacuzzis, plunge pools, kids pools and landscaping around the pool
- Pool maintenance contracts — water balancing, filters and equipment servicing
Process
How We Deliver It
Survey and design
We check plot levels, soil, water table and where the plant room can sit, then agree the shape, depth and finish.
Approvals
Structural drawings and the Dubai Municipality submission, plus barrier and safety requirements.
Shell
Excavation, reinforcement, concrete and the waterproofing system, then a fill test before any tiling starts.
MEP and finishes
Circulation and filtration pipework, plant room, lighting, then tiling, coping and the surrounding deck.
Commissioning
Fill, balance the water, run and test the plant, hand over with an operating guide and a workmanship warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
A standard family pool runs eight to twelve weeks on site once approvals are in hand. Infinity edges, heating and chilling, or a difficult access route add to that, and we say so at quotation stage rather than later.
