Our Story
Built On Sites, Not In Boardrooms
Wishbone Building Contracting & Technical Services L.L.C. was founded in Dubai by engineers who had spent years watching good designs get diluted somewhere between the drawing board and the finished building.
We set the company up around a simple idea: keep the people who price the job responsible for delivering it. Our estimators sit with our site engineers, so the programme you are quoted is the programme the site is actually resourced for.
Today we deliver turnkey villas, G+1 and G+4 buildings, general contracting and MAB works across Dubai — with the same engineers on site from mobilisation to handover.

Dubai Municipality Approved — G+1 Classification
Wishbone holds a Dubai Municipality contractor classification for G+1 construction. That approval is not decorative: it means our technical staff, equipment, financial standing and completed-project record have been assessed against the Municipality standard and re-verified on renewal.
Practically, it means we can lodge building permits, call inspections and obtain your completion certificate directly — you are not waiting on a third party to act on your behalf.

Fixed, transparent pricing
An itemised bill of quantities with clear exclusions. Variations are priced against the contract schedule and never proceed without your written approval.
Programmes we hold to
A baseline programme is issued with your contract and progress is reported against it monthly — including the bad months.
The same team throughout
The engineer who prices your project stays on it. You are not handed to a different department once the contract is signed.
Full documentation at handover
As-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals, test certificates and the completion certificate — everything you will need later.
Leadership
The People Accountable For Your Project
Three people run every Wishbone project from the first site visit to the completion certificate. You deal with them directly — the same names for the whole build.
Managing Director
Holds final accountability for every contract Wishbone signs — the price, the programme and the standard the work is finished to. Joins the first site visit on each villa project and stays reachable to the client through to handover, which is deliberate: the person who makes the commitment should be the person you can call about it.
Projects Director
Owns delivery across every live project — the master programme, procurement, subcontractor packages and the monthly progress report clients receive. Chairs the weekly site meeting on each job, and is the person who tells you early when something has moved rather than explaining it at handover.
Chief Engineer
The technical authority on our sites: structural and MEP coordination, method statements, QA/QC inspections and Dubai Municipality submissions. Signs off each stage before the next begins — from foundation reinforcement through to testing and commissioning at handover.
