Project Overview
Twenty-four one and two-bedroom apartments over four floors above a ground-level parking and services deck. The developer needed the building rentable at the earliest possible date, so we ran the façade and internal fit-out in parallel from the second floor upward.
The project was delivered with Civil Defence sign-off, lift commissioning and DEWA energisation all completed ahead of the handover date.
Scope of Work
- Reinforced concrete frame and post-tensioned slabs
- Full MEP: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting
- Fire alarm, sprinklers and Civil Defence approval
- Two passenger lifts, supplied and commissioned
- Façade, waterproofing and external works
