Project Overview
A shell-and-core warehouse converted into an operating distribution facility: mezzanine office floor, epoxy flooring, upgraded power supply, new fire protection and dock-level loading modifications.
The client was contractually committed to a lease start date, so the programme was built backwards from it. We handed over eight days early.
Scope of Work
- Steel mezzanine design, fabrication and installation
- Epoxy flooring and racking base preparation
- Electrical upgrade, lighting and small power
- Fire-fighting, alarm and Civil Defence approval
- Office fit-out, HVAC and washrooms
