Project Overview
The owners wanted to keep the plot and the mature garden but replace almost everything else. We stripped the villa back to structure, corrected long-standing waterproofing failures, and added a rear extension housing an open-plan kitchen and family room.
Working on an occupied street meant tight control of noise, deliveries and dust — the programme was sequenced so the family could move back in one wing at a time.
